It was a brilliant experience in a peaceful hotel. Very nice restaurant, delicate staff, fab position. Everything was very clean as expected, even so the bathroom was smelly. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from year up. Easy check-in and very efficient customer service.

Views appeared to be pretty average.

Nice bed, very good breakfast, excellent location. Centrally located for us. Visited many places, as it's right by Montgomery Street subway station. There is restaurant Gaspar Brasserie at the premises. Worth its 4 stars.

The stay was great. We found an individual safe, flat-screen television and an ergonomic chair in the deluxe queen room. The stuff are helpful people. On-site restaurant Gaspar Brasserie was a bonus, had dinner there.

Hardly a 15-minute walk from coit tower, which was suitable for us. The beds were comfy in our room. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
